Yes. We set you up on your own subdomain on proptera.io, with the option to connect your own custom domain. Your customer portal carries your logo, company name, and projects, and your data stays fully isolated to your organization.
Yes. We connect to the payment rails you already use, including card gateways and direct debit, through your licensed payment provider. We handle the integration; your bank or provider handles approvals and onboarding. For off-plan sales, buyer installments are routed into your project's regulated escrow account as the rules require, rather than straight to your company account.
Setting up your account takes minutes. The time goes into bringing your projects and properties onto the platform: you can import your inventory straight from an Excel file, while adding media and building immersive views takes a little longer. Most developers are fully live within 1 to 2 weeks, and our white-glove onboarding guides you through every step.
Yes. Proptera runs on state-of-the-art AWS infrastructure with multi-AZ, encrypted databases and built-in disaster recovery. Your account is completely isolated in its own database, and you can export your data on demand.
Yes. We can build and publish a branded mobile app for your buyers, deployed to your own Apple and Google developer accounts so it carries your identity and matches your web portal. This is done on request, requires your Apple and Google developer accounts to be in place, and is covered by a separate agreement. In the meantime, the platform is fully responsive and works on any device.
Yes. You can export your records to CSV across customers, bookings, payments, subscriptions, and most other modules, whenever you need them.
